To become an MCT you must fulfill the following requirements:

Attend an Certified MCT Presentation Course (Consultech does this quarterly)
Attend a Certified official Microsoft class at a CTEC
You must hold a current Microsoft Premium Certification. MCSE, MCSA, MCDBA, or MCAD, or MCSD.

Included in Consultech's course is preparation & counseling on Your Microsoft Certification Application. Consultech's training director reviews individually your requirements & paperwork needed for certification. In your book you will be provided an application & fax it in to Microsoft at the end of your class.

How to write and/or analyze instructional lesson plans
Assure preparation of the instructional site
How to provide a model for professional behavior

Demonstrate effective presentation skills
