Classroom Rental
Consultech Institute uses state-of-the-art
training facilities to ensure the environment is suited for effective
knowledge transfer and retention. These facilities are available for
rent during certain periods.
Each room is equipped with the following offering:
- Fully networked computers.
- Hardware Available: 2.8 GHz Processor with 2 GB of RAM and 40 Gig
Hard-drives, mouse, monitor and keyboard.
- Choice of Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows 2003 installed on
all machines.
- XGA capable Projector linked to instructor machine.
- Internet connection for all students and instructors
- White board and markers.
- Maximum student numbers in our classrooms: 50-100 Seminar room or
PC Classrooms of 10-20 student PC stations, (in addition to the
instructor station.)
We will also provide your team with the following items:
- Continental Breakfast is provided each morning: Refreshments -
pastries, bagels, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and sodas (available in
vending machine).
- Afternoon Snack is provided each afternoon: Refreshments - coffee,
fruit, cookies, tea, and soda (available in vending machine).
- Student lounge with telephones.
- Facilities open each day at 8:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
Please take notice of our registration details:
- Minimum of 3 days rental per week.
- Please make arrangements for any additional setup or feel free to
inquire about a quote for assistance with your customized set up.
- Room rental fees are: $1000 per day, which includes 12 computers.
Additional computers are $75 per day.
- A non-refundable down payment of 25% is required to book
facilities. Balance due three weeks before class.
Consultech has a 2600 square foot Conference facility with 2
bathrooms & Kitchen.
