How does the library work?

Any enrolled student may check out for up to two weeks test preparation tools or technical reference books.

When is my tuition due?

Payment is required in full 2 weeks prior to first class for companies sending program candidates.  Individual candidates may pay program fees in 3 payments up to 2 weeks prior to the start of each class. The payment is made a class rate and credited at the program rate.

What are your hours?

Our building hours of operation are 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.  Class times are normally 8:30 am to 4:30 pm .

What are the admission requirements?

All students must be proficient in Windows.  Students without prior networking experience may be required to review the Networking Essentials study guide for an introduction to acronyms and verbiage.  Consultech staff will interview all applicants in order to be admitted and to establish their background and level of expertise.

What are the graduation requirements?

Candidates receive a completion diploma for each class.  Student receive a Microsoft Certified class diploma on all Microsoft courses.

A program certificate is awarded when all courses are completed toward a Certified Program.  A Microsoft certificate is given once a student completes the required exams to conclude certification.  To receive any of the Microsoft Certified Professional designations, the student must pass the appropriate Microsoft exams for that particular certification at a certified test site.

What is Student refund policy?

Should a student be terminated or cancel for any reason, all refunds will be made according to the following refund schedule.

  • Cancellation must be made in person or by certified mail.
  • all monies will be refunded if the school does not accept the applicant or if the student cancels within three business days after signing the Enrollment Agreement and making the initial payment.
  • Cancellation after the third business day, but before the first week of class will result in a refund of all monies paid, with the exception of the registration fee.
  • Cancellation after attendance has begun, but not prior to 50% completion of the program, will result in a pro-rata refund computed on the class tuition for the number of days scheduled to the total program hours within 12 months of enrollment.
  • Cancellation after completing 50% of the program will result in no refund.
  • Termination date for refund computation purposes is the last date of actual attendance by the student unless earlier written notice is received.
  • Refunds will be made within 30 days following determination of termination or receipt of cancellation notice.
  • RESIT Policy: Students may retake any class or any day if a seat is available in the same course with the same book up to 180 days of enrolled class. Student is to bring their book to class.
  • Classes: cancellation on standard classes two weeks before class qualify for refund. After that time the student qualified for resit policy. Custom classes have a three week cancellation period, at two weeks the class may be rescheduled.

What is Corporate refund policy?

  • Classes: cancellation on standard classes two weeks before class qualify for refund. After that time the student qualifies for RESIT policy.
  • Custom classes have a three week cancellation period, at two weeks the class may be rescheduled at no charge. Within two weeks of the scheduled date no refund will be available.
  • RESIT Policy: Students may retake any class or any day if a seat is available in the same course with the same book up to 180 days of enrolled class. Student is to bring their book to class. If the student registered did not attend class the student may be replaced by a different employee.
  • Refunds when applicable will be made within 30 days following determination of a cancellation notice.

How long are Consultech test & class vouchers valid?

  • Consultech will honor registration payments and test vouchers up to twelve months.
