 Meet
your instructor... Nanneta
Nanneta, for twenty years has sold, implemented and trained
complex computer systems. She is recognized as an advanced troubleshooter for
Windows NT in North Florida. Her comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and
software coupled with superb people skills and understanding of the learning
process produces an animated and intense learning experience.
Nanneta’s training career began at AT&T, where she was the
Florida State trainer for Yellow Pages. In 1984, AT&T as an Information
Systems Consultant certified Nanneta. She did large systems integration
for General DataComm, as project design and implementation leader for large
corporations in the North Florida area. A few were CSX’s centralized
dispatcher system and Barnett Bank’s statewide disaster backup plan. Her
management skills were developed as an operations manager for AT&T Transtech, as
was her marketing background as Marketing Director for Software Quality
Engineering.
Her
education has continued throughout her life with postgraduate studies in
Information Systems Design and Implementation at Massachusetts Institute of
Technology (MIT) in Boston. This course of study was under the tutelage of
the famous Dr. John Donovan, a pioneer in computer education.
Since
1996, Ms. Upchurch has been a Microsoft Certified with Microsoft. She is a
Certified Trainer & Systems Engineer in Windows NT and Windows 2000 in the
Enterprise environment.
At
Consultech, Nanneta consults on developing system requirements, implementing
technology, and developing technical curriculum. As an instructor or
systems integrator her area of expertise is concentrated in networking, Windows
NT, wide area data communications, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Her
development specialty is in the Microsoft Web & Access tools.
Nanneta
slows down enough in her free time to train herself in long distance cycling,
mini triathlons and volunteer for church mission projects.
